What to order: It's their kale salad, of course. It contains white cheddar and grapefruit. Really delicious, somewhat sour, and slightly salted.

True Food Kitchen

Beautiful, delectable, and sophisticated — this is an excellent spot in Austin for a nutritious midday meal! True Food Kitchen is a great choice for people who must follow strict diets because it can accommodate nearly any kind of lifestyle. Finding something on the menu for everyone is not too difficult.

The majority of the eateries on our list are casual, fast-food joints for lunch, however True Food is a little fancier if you'd like to have healthy food in Austin with a waiter and maybe even order a glass of wine.

What to order: The Ancient Grains Bowl with sweet potato, charred onion, snap peas, avocado, hemp seeds, and miso sesame glaze.

juiceland

Juiceland

Location: Multiple locations

If you're looking for a vegan restaurant in Austin, Juiceland is a great option because there are locations all over the city! Any freshly squeezed juice or smoothie is a delicious choice, but don't forget that they also serve the smoothies in bowl form. Consider getting the Originator smoothie in a bowl and eating it with a spoon if you need a substantial meal, such as lunch. It seems less like a smoothie with a straw and more like a complete meal thanks to the crunchy and fruity toppings.

What to order: Every day they have a unique, discounted smoothie. Start with checking it first!

Bouldin Creek Café

Location: 1900 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78704

This is a completely vegetarian choice! BCC is quintessential Austin, beloved by the residents in every way. Even if you're not vegetarian, this is one of the healthiest restaurants in Austin.

More than just a locally owned vegan/vegetarian restaurant with freshly made meals and specialty coffee drinks, Bouldin Creek Cafe is about values. The company's core values are providing a livable income, giving back to the community through fundraisers, providing meals to the underprivileged, and elevating the voices of the voiceless.

What to order: Anything with chipotle pecan pesto is excellent, and the housemade veggie burger is delicious. Order the vegan oatmeal cream pie as well (Not nutritious, but delicious.)

blenders-and-bowls

Blenders and Bowls

Location: 3736 Bee Caves Rd Suite 8, West Lake Hills, TX 78746

This place is the creation of two best friends for life, Erin and Kara, and their passion for smoothie bowls. These daring and free-spirited women relocated from Hawaii to Austin in 2010. They quickly fell in love with the "live music capital of the world," but there was one thing missing: açaí, the superfruit from Brazil that they discovered to be so delicious in Hawaii that it made them feel incredible! Blenders and Bowls were born out of an indignant desire for an açaí bowl.

It is a healthy restaurant in Austin that specialises in acai smoothies and bowls made with the superfruit. The organic granola, fruit, and honey in each bowl are packed full of vitamins and antioxidants. It’s so attractive, but it doesn't hurt.

What to order: The Sesher is a bowl filled with chocolate almond milk, bananas, and acai, garnished with local honey and hemp protein.

Koriente

Location: 621 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78701

For some tasty and cosy pan-Asian cuisine, go to Koriente. You can alter your dinner by adding vegetables, making any dish vegetarian, and substituting brown rice for white.

The main idea of the place is that they don't pretend to be healthy; they are a clean food restaurant near you in Austin. Thus, their menu items take your health into consideration so you don't have to. They reduced the amount of oil, sugar, and salt in the food and don't use MSG. Every day, their kitchen cuts fresh vegetables, and they have a wide variety of vegan-friendly recipes.

If you want to come lunch at Koriente, there's free parking out back (entrance on 6th and Sabine).

What to order: The Koriente Curry; it's just as warming and fulfilling as a regular curry, but healthier.

soup-peddler-juice-bar

Soup Peddler and Juice Bar

Location: Multiple

David Ansel founded The Soup Peddler in a modest house hidden away in the hip Bouldin Creek neighborhood, where he would create distinctive handcrafted soups from scratch, long before Austin developed into the bustling metropolis it is today. David would ride his bike, "Old Yellow," around South Austin and personally distribute these soups to friends and neighbors. With David's soups gaining popularity and his rapid growth, The Soup Peddler was established.

The Soup Peddler first operated as a delivery service for many years, winning numerous awards for its effectiveness. However, in 2010, they constructed a brick and mortar store to accommodate their clients, who they wryly dubbed "soupies," who could come to them for soup requirements. Their menu has expanded to include more nutritious juices and smoothies. With six locations currently open and more planned, The Soup Peddler has cemented itself as one of the healthiest restaurants in Austin.

At this place, almost all of the smoothie options are worthwhile to order. In addition to readymade salads and sweets, Soup Peddler and Juice Bar offers made-to-order juices, smoothies and fresh soups. They have locations all across Austin, and everything is tasty, healthful, affordable, and quickly made! The soup cups are ideal for a quick lunch or dinner, and the smoothies are delicious for breakfast.

What to order: Something refreshing! We suggest opting for the Tropicalia smoothie (with mango, pineapple juice and kale). The soups change frequently, but the Mulligatawny, Veggie Chilli and Chicken & Corn Chowder are very good.

Casa De Luz

Location: 1701 Toomey Rd, Austin, TX 78704

Casa de Luz healthy food restaurant in Austin is classic. The plant-based menu changes every day; check the website to see what's offered. The cost is always the same. Everyone at the table consumes what they have prepared for the day when you arrive and pay the charge! There's always free hot tea with every order, and the community is incredibly friendly and accepting.

The Zilker neighborhood vegan restaurant and community center Casa de Luz, one of Austin's last remaining hippy headquarters, is growing into East Austin. The new Casa de Luz Este is located at 1915 East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in the Chestnut neighborhood.

Casa de Luz Este like its older sibling Casa de Luz, which is a favorite eating spot for Austin City Limits Music Festival artists, will operate in a similar manner. This entails serving organic, fresh, uncomplicated foods devoid of processing oils in a community dining room with daily scheduled macrobiotic vegan menus. Along with take-and-bake dinners, and grab-and-go items, the new restaurant will also include other takeaway options.

What to order: We can’t single out one particular position on the menu – everything is fingerlicious. So, order whatever is available and enjoy your meal!
